Free healthy recipe – cranberry and chocolate slice

1 cups rolled oats
1 cups wholemeal spelt flour
1 cup dried cranberries
cup walnuts or pistachios
cup dark muscovado sugar
1 tsp allspice
50 grams dark 70% cocoa chocolate
1 cups low fat milk or alternative
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, and mix thoroughly
Stir through the milk until well combined.
Line a shallow baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture across the tray.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the slice is golden on the top.
Remove from the oven and while the slice is still hot cut into about 20 squares.
