Loan Market Announced in Top 25 Brokerages 2010
Australia’s leading brokerages have been recognised in The Adviser’s 2010 Top 25 Brokerages report, partnered by RP Data.
At number one was broking group Mortgage Choice while Aussie and Loan Market charged up the list to take second and third places respectively.
Loan Market Chief Operating Officer Dean Rushton said the Loan Market team has a strong focus on lead generation via online presence and this has been a major contributor to building a tidy loan book.
Technology is an essential component to the successful operation of any broker and their business, Mr Rushton said.
Collectively, the Top 25 wrote $36.3 billion worth of residential mortgages in 2009 compared to $30.2 billion in 2008.
Loan Market mortgage brokers work closely with real estate networks and especially understand the realities of getting home financesettled on time and at the right price, Mr Rushton said.
